We took the L into the city to the Field Museum, where we spent a couple of hours in three exhibits: evolution, native Americans, and ancient Egypt.
Pat and Lori were impressed with native American fashions, Kevin with the Egyptian pyramid stone and rope, and me with a kitty cat--I love kitty cats!
Then we walked north towards the Loop and lunch at Heaven on Seven, a little more than a mile.
We passed the Buckingham Fountain on the way, and took a picture there.
Boy were we hungry.
